I will facilitate and drive discussions that stimulate thinking of individuals, and inspire them to share and engage other people in the organization. I will listen and welcome ideas from the team, and open avenues to make learning sustainable. I will lead the team to evaluate current practices and iterate further improvement. I will enable them to utilize resources in order to generate more information about our customers, because I know that the insights we have about them will generate more actions that will push for excellence.
