I will lead by example, promote, and encourage more synergies among different business units of CIC. I will try to learn more from my colleagues by listening to their ideas and insights. I will encourage doing things differently and less of status quo. I will base my decisions and strategies on expanded data references. Even if I’m one of the oldest employees here, I am committed to embrace change and keep an open mind about it to contribute my next years in developing and molding new leaders for CIC.
