I will enable my teams to break out silos and enable them to collaborate together through sharing of information. I want my leadership to build a safe environment and make sure that we will not just push but also pull. I will improve on listening and asking deeper questions to build better insights for internal and external customers. I want us to be more process-driven and standardized when it comes to data.
