During incidents, I will choose not to react, but respond. I will step back, see the truth, and try to be constructive with what I’m saying. I will ask my team what they learned on a weekly basis. I’m going to build trust in my team so that they are comfortable to share unheard-of ideas with me. To be impact-driven, I will push for a fact-driven organization; whatever is really happening on the ground, we’ll take is as we see it.
