I commit to enable the many teams we work with to collaborate with each other in achieving what’s best, not just for us, but for our customers, and connect people to the right people. I will start to treat my work as a learning experience, not just execution, and encourage my team to do the same. This way, we will continue to ask questions, be curious, ask for help, and unafraid of taking risks. I commit to explore new ideas to help our teams improve our processes and support their growth. I will discuss and reflect on facts and data to make informed decisions and listen to others’ ways of looking at, and using data. I commit to lead my team, with my leaders, in this new CIC journey.
