I will encourage my team to look at their jobs from a higher perspective. I will learn what is happening inside and outside of the industry and share these learnings to my team, encouraging them to study new directions of growth. I will take risks and encourage my team to also try and learn. My team’s learning and experiences are equally important to mine, as they will make innovation a reality. I will push for a higher scale of collaboration in terms of digitalization. I will be encouraging and show my appreciation for my team to grow and develop themselves, setting them as good examples for others.
