I will find a just cause for everyone in the organization, from the technicians in the field to hotline agents, and business unit heads. I will take down silos, get people to work as one, and have fun while doing it. We will leverage our connections with CIC in bringing the organization to greater heights. We will treat each customer, each success, and each setback as a learning opportunity. We will constantly think out of the box and find new ways to solve things. We will be obsessed with data, and I will insist on greater insightful analysis and data-driven decisions. I will not settle for mediocrity and “pwede na” attitude, and we will promote people to become better everyday.
