I will continue to be more collaborative with my colleagues in other business units and share more information with them. I will nurture trust and make my team feel safe to express their thoughts without fear of judgment. I will inspire and enable my team to be part of the New CIC. I will continue to pursue new ideas to innovate. I will start to practice what we learned in this summit. I will create an environment that fosters data that will enable us to better serve our customers. For me, there’s no turning back, I am now part of the New Concepcion.
