As a relatively new employee in the organization, I will start by getting to know my peers outside of CMIP. This is a good start to foster connection and nurture trust so the rest can follow. I will always be open to learning from others’ points of view. I welcome new ideas to further improve our ways of working. I will always set my standards high in the work that my team and I will do.
