This is what we mean by taking care of people at a whole new level. Compassion must start at home. Among us at Concepcion, our goal is to gift each one their IGNITE GPS, a personal navigation system to lead with our deepest truths and so fulfill our greatest potential.

IGNITE CIRCLE
In our Ignite journey, the first stop for many is the IGNITE CIRCLE. Like a thrilling overlook on the road to a worthy destination, our IGNITE CIRCLE provides a sweeping view of our ignite journey.
To ignite is to seek our deepest truths and so fulfill our highest potential and greatest promise.
The IGNITE CIRCLE is an iconic experience that takes cohorts of 150 Igniters on an afternoon-long immersion, involving each as an active participant in a ‘movement’ whose unfolding is up to every one of us.
You walk out with a sense that you matter - and you better find out why, how, and for who.
But not just a view; also a taste of our Ignite vibe and cast of characters; our preference for immersive experiences and participative performance arts, mixed with friendly doses of tech, data, and smart algorithms; our irreverence for gurus, experts, keynote speakers, established norms and unexamined standards that preserve, often the very wrong status quo.
IGNITE 21 RETREAT
Ignite nurtures, not just the HOW, but above all, the WHY of Innovation. That’s how we Ignite the all-important WHO i.e., the Innovators.
I was one of those who thought Ignite was a cult. Now I see it's all about the most important thing; People and Culture.
The IGNITE RETREAT is a full-day immersion to deepen each Igniter’s capacity for lifelong discernment of GPS (Genius, Purpose, Service); our internal compass for navigating our life’s greater and greater impact.
IGNITE XCHANGE
The goal of each xCHANGE is to expand the circle of collaborators and so increase our chances of solving wicked problems, which by nature are complex webs of interconnected problems. The more wicked the problem, the more we need collaborations.
This is a future we cannot march by ourselves; we need partners who share our vision and values.
IGNITE xCHANGEs are monthly work sessions focused on hardcore innovations and especially designed to lead individuals from their GPS (Genius, Purpose, Service) to shared Missions; wicked problems to solve with others.
IGNITE OFFICE HOURS
Do I care enough to solve problems and make situations better? Do I care enough about customers and colleagues, about society? This is really the core challenge and mandate of Compassion. The greater my Compassion, the greater my capacity for innovation.

WHY DOES INNOVATION LOOK AND FEEL SO DIFFERENT IN CONCEPCION?
To find our way forward we’re being challenged to expand our Compassion – Compassion for colleagues, Compassion for customers, Compassion for country and society. We’re even learning about Compassion for self.
I didn't know innovation could feel so good, or that I was capable of it.
Compassion? This wasn’t the way we thought we’d march on such a big hairy audacious future. But looking back at 60 years, or even at our last 5 years since the IPO, Compassion has been a clear mark of Concepcion.
